A crossword, a pack-size guide, and a month of meals from sardines, mackerel, and cod.
BELA sardines, mackerel, and cod now ship to your door every month at 10% off. Before the details, a puzzle.
Four clues. Give it a minute before you scroll.

BELA tins ship monthly.
1 Down is us. Josh Scherz and his mother, Florence, started BELA in 1997, and it's still family-owned. 2 Down is what every fillet gets hand-packed into at our partner cannery in Olhão, Portugal. 3 and 4 are the news.
Make each meal on that list once in a week: hash browns, a pasta salad, a rice bowl, and a Saturday Seacuterie Board, which takes three tins on its own. That's six tins. Cook for two and the count climbs fast, since the Codfish Gratin alone takes two tins to feed four.
A 3-pack gets you through a few meals. A 6 or 12 keeps you from running out mid-recipe on a Tuesday. And because the 10% comes off the whole shipment, it saves you more on a 12-pack than on a 3.

3-Pack: Try a New Favorite. Most of our weeknight dinners use a single tin, so a 3-pack is three dinners. It's the right size for a first order, or for trying piri piri next to your usual.
6-Pack: Lunch for the Week. Six tins covers a workweek of lunches, with one left for Saturday. In cod, it's three Codfish Gratins at two tins each: twelve servings to bring to whatever you're invited to this season.
12-Pack: Stock the Pantry. Twelve tins is three a week. In sardines, that's 240 grams of protein sitting in the cupboard. It's for households, hosts, and anyone who'd rather not run out mid-recipe.
